Letter To My Colleagues

Dear Colleague, April 18, 2016 Thank you colleague, the last several weeks I have had the best time of my life, and I am not just saying it to make everyone feel good. I have been in so many classes in this field, but never one as unique as this class.  For instance, everyone has been, so friendly, building up each others confidence, giving positive feedback,  offering positive support to each other, been there to give each other positive feedback, support, and encouragement, including Dr. E. However, in the field of Early Childhood Education, parents, educators, administrators, and all other persons involved are vital in this early learners beginning years. Furthermore, we are all interconnected in one way or another. Each of us must stay abreast of the changes, which come about in Early Childhood because everyone has a different role in most cases, but it is still Early Childhood Education. The key to it all is picking your colleagues up, when their down and vice or

DEC Code of Ethics and NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct and Statement of Commitment

In my opinion, all of these codes play an instrumental role in me being a super practitioner and advocate for children. I chose three, but they are all very important especially keeping a safe, and healthy  environment for children, fostering relationships with parents, seeing the warning signs of  deliberate neglect and many others.  Furthermore, I am going to try to be the best of the best and follow each and every code to the letter, watch out for changes in these codes. I will always be willing to accept constructive criticism as well suggestions from peers and colleagues. However, if I am unable to accept these things then I need to find improvement or not be in the education filed.  First and for most are the children in my care, so I know I am going to be able create an environment and activities serve everyone in my educational Environment

We must always be fair and unbiased and use the appropriate tools in order to assess the child correctly before labe

NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct and Statement of Commitment

In Regard to the Code of Ethical Conduct and Statement of Commitment In my opinion, Every code I have read is truly very important because they are very much needed, but the three that stood out are as follows: I-1.1 — To be familiar with the knowledge base of early childhood care and education and to stay informed through continuing education and training. his code is significant in my profession because if  I do not gain the knowledge of Early Childhood Education and keep up with the trends as wells  as continuing to learn . It will be in possible to teach young children. An educator must keep up with new methods and strategies in order to give children what is needed to go to the next lev T els. I-1.11 — To provide all children with experiences in a language that they know, as well as support children in maintaining the use of their home language and in English. I believe this code is important and will be significant in my professional life because we ha
